I know exactly what I want. I just want you
to make it for me. Is this OK?
No problem at all - the best thing for you to do is to
draw me a sketch or some cuttings/ideas then I can consult with you
on prices/colours and all the finer details!

How comes all the prices are different?
The
prices for the final pieces are decided through 2 factors - firstly
the materials and secondly the time invested in actually
making the
piece. As I’m sure you can appreciate, the canvases are all
hand sewn and
on some of the heavily embellished pieces a lot of time is put in.
This is
reflected in the price. For commissions please contact me for an
obligation free estimate.

Why do you not
sell directly through this site?
Well I do plan to eventually.
However I wanted to get the site up and running as quickly as possible
so have decided to sell through the 2 following online outlets:
Both are
100% safe and I never see your payment
details, just the postal address.
The only annoying thing about Etsy is that it
shows prices in US dollars however, because I am lovely if you click here it will open up
a currency convertor for you.

What
colours and fabric are they available in?
The 'base'
fabric can be pretty much any fabric of your choice, in a variety of
colours -
mock suedes, silks, leather, cotton, felts to
name but a few! If you have
something specific in mind,
or even if you just had a vague idea, contact me and I
will do my best
to source the right
fabric for you!
If you wish I can collate
some samples to be sent you so you can feel and touch the fabric before
you order. I want to make sure you are
100% happy with your purchase! I have a large range of
different
colours and sizes of diamante, sequins and beads. I also have good links with
suppliers so should be able to source exactly the right ones for you!

I’ve found a piece I really like, but want it in other
colours to match my
room. Can I order work in any other colours?
Yes! I make all of these items myself there is a huge
range of flexibility in the design and finish of these pieces. You can
post
any fabric or paint swatches and I will do my best to match up the
background fabric or the sequins to this. You will be consulted
before I
begin.

think my work would fit in, please do get in touch.

How
long will it take a piece I have
commissioned to be made and to arrive?
This depends again on the amount of work needed in the
piece. I always aim to complete pieces within 14 days. However for
a piece that requires lots of work, it may take up to 4
weeks. I will consult
with you on this before any work is undertaken. If you need a
piece urgently, then please contact me and I will do all I can to
accommodate you.

What happens if I’m not happy with my commissioned
piece?
There should
not be any
problems as there will be lots of consultation before and during the
making of
the piece. Any problems or queries should be raised during this
consultation
period. Please note that I am unable to make any changes once the piece
has been
started. If you have any issues once you have received the piece, you
can
return it to me, at your own cost, for me to make changes etc.
There are
sadly no refunds. The best way for you to make sure you are happy
with the
final piece is to make sure you consult with me to make sure I fully
understand
what it is you want.
